Refund & Cancellation Policy

Xcelerator fees are non-refundable once paid. Places are limited, we prepare mentors, partners and materials for each cohort ahead of time, and a seat held for you can't be resold. Please be sure before you pay.

If we cancel a cohort before it starts, or postpone it by more than 30 days, you may choose a transfer to a future cohort or a full refund of the fees you paid, including payment-gateway charges.

You can cancel your Nia subscription at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund any paid period, in whole or in part, after it has started.

If you're charged in error, or a service outage of more than 72 hours affects you, write to us within 14 days and we'll credit or refund the affected period.

School contracts set their own terms; the signed agreement with the school governs.

Where a refund applies, it goes back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of our confirmation. Email support@mashupedu.in from the address you registered with, quoting your Razorpay or Stripe payment ID; we confirm within 2 working days.
